After their review and approval, an electronic version of the Form 990 is made available to the remaining officers and directors for review prior to filing the return.”

“Vanderbilt Student Communications, Inc. (VSC) has no employees. All Board of Directors and Officers are either students or employees of Vanderbilt University, which provides their compensation. All officers and other employees of VSC are employees of Vanderbilt University who are provided through an employee lease agreement, and Vanderbilt University provides their compensation. As employees of Vanderbilt University, these individuals are governed by Vanderbilt University's written conflict of interest policy. VSC also maintains its own Conflict of Interest Policy.”
