Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The plan is exempt from income tax under section 501(c)(9) of the internal revenue code, and under section 23701(i) of the revenue and taxation code of the state of california. The plan has been amended since receiving the determination letter. Management and legal counsel believe that the plan is currently designed and being operated in compliance with the applicable requirements of the irc.
