The wisconsin high school forensic association provides opportunities for middle and high school students in wisconsin to enhance communication skills through participation in theatre, debate, and speech activities. We also promote and encourage cooperation among various educational communication and theatre organizations in wisconsin, and provide a forum for development of standards, skills, and materials for participation in these activities.

The association leases its employees, including its executive director, from the cooperative educational service agency. The executive director performs certain amangement duties such as planning and executing budgets and financial operations and supervising exempt operations. During the fiscal year 2017 the executive director received 55,125 in reportable compensation from the cooperative educational service agency.
