Activity 2

Hope for Eternity is two-fold. First, to break the cycle of poverty within a family for generations to come. Through education, microfinance, and other tools, the trajectory of generations of children and adults are changed. Secondly, and close to our hearts is to share our faith in Jesus Christ with those who want to follow Him. Through discipleship and pastor training, we give our church partners the ability to be light and share our faith with all who thirst and hunger for Hope. Our relief and development assistance is provided to people of all religious faiths; we do not discriminate nor require any profession of faith in order to receive care. In 2013, 1,139 pastors were trained.

Activity 3

Hope for Tomorrow is to provide education, job skills, and microfinance options so those living in poverty can support themselves by generating steady streams of income, dignity, and purpose is restored. Loans are used for buying better seeds, starting mall businesses, buying farm equipment or products to sell in the marketplace. In 2013 microloans were provided to 820 families. Also, 712 people received job skills training and 150 new jobs were created. Nearly 1,003 students received scholarships for education.
