Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12C

Any director, principal officer, or committee member of the governing board that has a direct or indirect financial interest, has the duty to disclose any actual or possible conflict of interest. The interested person may make a presentation at the governing board or committee meeting, but after the presentation, he/she shall leave the meeting during the discussion of, and the vote on, the transaction or arrangement involving the possible conflict of interest. The chairperson of the governing board or committee shall, if appropriate, appoint a disinterested person or committee to investigate alternatives to the proposed transaction or arrangement. After exercising due diligence, the governing board or committee shall determine whether the organization can obtain with reasonable efforts a more advantageous transaction or arrangement from a person or entity that would not give rise to a conflict of interest. If a more advantageous transaction or arrangement is not reasonably possible under circumstances not producing a conflict of interest, the governing board or committee shall determine by a majority vote of the disinterested directors whether the transaction or arrangement is in the organization's best interest, for its own benefit, and whether it is fair and reasonable.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15A

Financial Statement Notes

Part X, Line 2:

Accounting principles generally accepted in the u.s. Require fund management to evaluate uncertain tax positions taken by the fund. The financial statement effects of a tax position are recognized when the position is more-likely-than-not, based on the technical merits, to be sustained upon examination by the irs. The fund administrator has analyzed the tax positions taken by the fund, and has concluded that as of april 30, 2016, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken. The fund has recognized no interest or penalties related to uncertain tax positions. The fund is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. The fund administrator believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to 2013.

IRS990ScheduleD/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES GENERALLY ACCEPTED IN THE U.S.
