The mission of Maple Corporation is to assure the continued availability of decent, affordable housing for low and moderate income families and individuals in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Through the budget process we approve salaries. The executive director, when promoted, the research placed the salary between the mid to lower quartile. Prior to any additional increases, there will be an updated salary benchmark to support any requested increases. In recent years there had been no increases made, though a 5% increase has been authorized for FY 2025.
