Financial Statement Notes

Part X : FIN48 Footnote

The organization is a not-for-profit corporation as described in section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code and is exempt from federal income taxes on its exempt income under section 501(a) of the internal revenue code. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the organization and has concluded that, as of december 31, 2018, there are no uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. The organization is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. Management believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for tax years prior to december 31, 2015.
