“Officers the elected officers of the association shall be a president, president- elect, secretary, treasurer and a director. Qualifications a.any person nominated for election as an officer or director of the association must be actively employed in textile care, environmental services, or other support service management with a minimum of two (2) years experience and have been a member of the association at least one (1) year immediately prior to nomination. Nominations the governance committee shall submit a list of qualified candidates eligible for election as officers of the association. A.such a list shall be published 60 days prior to the annual meeting of members. B.additional eligible candidates for each office may be nominated from the floor during the annual meeting. Elections a.the officers of this association shall be elected by a majority of the votes cast by qualified members of the association at the annual meeting of members. B.elections are staggered by years to provide continuity and consistent leadership.”

QUALIFICATIONS A.ANY PERSON NOMINATED FOR ELECTION AS AN OFFICER OR DIRECTOR OF THE ASSOCIATION MUST BE ACTIVELY EMPLOYED IN TEXTILE CARE, ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, OR OTHER SUPPORT SERVICE MANAGEMENT WITH A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) YEARS EXPERIENCE AND HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO NOMINATION. NOMINATIONS THE GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE SHALL SUBMIT A LIST OF QUALIFIED CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE FOR ELECTION AS OFFICERS OF THE ASSOCIATION. A.SUCH A LIST SHALL BE PUBLISHED 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS. B.ADDITIONAL ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES FOR EACH OFFICE MAY BE NOMINATED FROM THE FLOOR DURING THE ANNUAL MEETING.
