Management reserves the right to delagate manangement duties to other individuals. Management will delagate the duties to individuals or committees of the Department.

Cessation of or significant change to any program service Part III line 3

The Department relenquished the operation of running a basic life support and advanced life support emergency medical services in 2021. The Department is still running the fire and other emeregency services for the area per local government protocol.

Explanation of other changes in net assets or fund balances Part XI line 9

Change due to the merging of accounts in 2024 that was counted twice on the 2023 tax return in error. The error occured as a result of closing out of the emergency medical operation of the Department. Change due to LOSS on EMS books and records

List of other fees for services expenses Part IX line 11G

The fees of $604,163.00 are for teh operation ofthe fire department and ambulance operations. The fees consist of fuel, insurnace, staffing, maintenance and repairs on the vehicles - frie apparatus, training, etc.

The other expenses are related to the operation of the departments purpose of fire fighting, emergency ambulance service and other emergeney and non-emergeny calls. The department also responds to mutual aid calls in the surrounding municipalites.
