PART X, LINE 2:

“The association and the foundation are not-for-profit organizations that are exempt from federal income taxes under sections 501c(6) and 501c(3) of the internal revenue code. The association and foundation have adopted the provision of the fasb asc 740, accounting standards for income taxes. Management believes there are no such provisions for income taxes in these consolidating financial statements as of august 31, 2024, and accordingly, no liability has been accrued. Federal form 990 has been filed in a timely manner.”
