Mission

Junior baseball federation envision philadelphia's young men and women unconditionally engaged in accessible and high quality baseball and softball programs that effectively promote each participant's athletic, social, and physical well-being. Junior baseball federation advances personal and communal growth opportunities through direct support of philadelphia parks & recreation conducted baseball and softball activities. The junior baseball federation provides this support without regard to participants' race, color, national or ethnic origin, ancestry, religion or religious creed, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local law. We develop the necessary resources for such purposes through a collaborative partnership with the philadelphia phillies and the philadelphia parks & recreation department as well as through philanthropic donations and individual contributions.
