Mission

The comprehensive learning center's mission is to provide intensive and comprehensive state of the art education and behavioral services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and their families, based on the scientifically validated procedures of applied behavior analysis. Clc aims to prepare its learners to reach their highest potential, with regard to all areas of functioning, integrating them into the fabric of the communities in which they live, work and play. At its core, clc aims to educate and service the autism community through training and research.

Financial Statement Notes

PART IV, LINE 1B:

During the current fiscal year, the organization received funds as an intermediary for a group of private special education schools. The funds are restricted to a scholarship program for pre-kindergarten students attending any of the schools within the group.

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and therefore has made no provision for federal income taxes in the accompanying financial statements. In addition, the organization has been determined by the internal revenue service not to be a "private foundation". There was no unrelated business income for the years ended august 31, 2015 and 2014. The organization files federal information returns as well as various state information returns. The organization is no longer subject to examinations in any jurisdiction for tax years before 2011.
