THE BUILDINGS AND RELATED LAND ARE AN OFFICE BUILDING IN LEWISBURG, PA, A SENIOR CENTER IN PENNS CREEK,PA AND A SENIOR CENTER IN SELINSGROVE, PA. THE FOUNDATION OBTAINED THE PROPERTIES THROUGH A DONATION. THE LEWISBURG, PA PROPERTY WAS DONATED BY THE COUNTY OF UNION. THE PENNS CREEK, PA PROPERTY WAS DONATED BY THE COUNTY OF SNYDER AND THE SELINSGROVE, PA PROPERTY WAS DONATED BY THE COUNTY OF SNYDER. THE DONATED PROPERTIES WERE VALUED AT THE FAIR MARKET VALUE AT THE DATE OF DONATION.
