Friends rehabilitation program (frp) is the sole member of the corporation and appoints the board of the corporation. The entire board is made up of employees of frp. The corporation has contracted with frp to manage its real estate. During the year ended 5/31/2015 the company paid $669,784 of which $86,760 was management fees. The remainder were reimbursements for the time certain frp employees spend working on the company's concerns, and out of pocket expenses.
