Employees have an obligation to conduct business in a manner that prevents actual, potential, or the impression of conflicts of interest. Employees should discuss with the executive director any questions or issues about conflict of interest. Employees are responsible to report any outside interest that conflicts with the interest of sdhp to the executive director. Board of directors are encouraged to discuss any potential issues at regular meetings.

The board of directors perform an annual review of the executive director's performance. Annual salary determinations are based on comparable organizations salaries and performance combined with available budgeted funds.
