The board maintains a schedule of compensation deliberations that covers initially upon hiring, whenever the term of employment, if any, is renewed or extended, and whenever the compensation is modified. The most recent year in which this process included review and approval by independent persons, comparability data, and contemporaneous substantiation of the deliberation and decision was 2019.”
