Draft 1 of the returns is reviewed in detail, with a focus on accuracy, completeness and perspective by the LVHN Tax Director, LVHH Chief Financial Officer, and the LVHN Corporate Legal Counsel. Draft 2 of the returns is reviewed by the LVHN Sr. Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Final returns are reviewed with LVHN Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees prior to submitting to the IRS.”
