Yccf pathways: acted as a fiscal sponsor, providing 70,000 of funding for initiatives and programs of ycea's pathways workforce collective. Ruins hall: acted as a fiscal sponsor, providing 1,000,000 racp grant match for ruins hall, an outdoor event venue in glen rock, project improvements. Yoco fiber: acted as a fiscal sponsor, providing 594,000 to fund ongoing maintenance for urban wireless internet equipment. Cultural assessment: acted as a fiscal sponsor, providing 50,000 to fund an assessment of york county's cultural assets and needs.

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

The organization is incorporated under the laws of the commonwealth of pennsylvania as a nonprofit organization. The organization has elected under provisions of internal revenue code section 501(c)(3) and state income tax statutes to be excluded from taxes on exempt function income. Therefore, no provision is made for taxes on income. The organization follows generally accepted accounting principles, which provides guidance on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in an organizations financial statements. The organizations policy is to charge penalties and interest to income tax expense as incurred. The organizations federal and state tax returns are subject to examination by the internal revenue service and state tax authorities, generally for a period of three years after the returns are filed.
