The area of property management provides repair, maintenance, improvements and general property management of properties owned by the Organization. Some of the properties are considered inventory with intent of being sold.The Organization has three other key program areas:1) Developing, managing, and marketing affordable housing.2) Housing and tenant counseling services which includes loan packaging, rental referrals, home ownership counseling, financial literacy, and pre- and post-purchase counseling.
