“Per the By-laws Article V - The Organizaion is managed by its Board of Directors which shall comprise of at least 9, but no more than 19 members in good standing. Three members shall be Doylestown residents and another three shall have a majority interest in a business located within the community. The members are elected annually for a term of one year and also can be elected to serve for two additional one-year terms. A majority of directors need to meet for a quorum for elections and business transaction approval. Primary officers serve until their successors have been elected. All activity within the Organization is reviewed, understood, and approved by the Board of Directors. This includes any event, sub-function activities, and signifcant operational decisions. The Board of Directors are the primary governing body.”

“The President and one board member are family members by marriage. Two Board members had business relationships or provided services for printing, graphic design, and web hosting.”

“The Organizations Form 990 is reviewed by the President, the administrative assistant and some of the Board or Directors. The Organizations governing documents, Form 990, and financial statements are provided to the public upon request. There are no conflict of interest nor whistleblower policies.”

“The process for determining compensation for employees is subject to the review and approval by the Board or Directors.”

“Miscellaneous income received, which is related to the Organizations exempt purpose through the introduction of culture, education, history, and leadership within and around the Doylestown, PA area.”
