Develops trips to cuba for us univerities, business people and others interested in strengthening people to people contact and cooperation and to assists cuban counterparts to attend us conferences. Supports cultural exchanges with collaborations between us and cuban musicians. Frd created a web page http://cubapeopletopeople.blogspot.com that provide information to the general public about purposeful travel to cuba under new regulations established by the president in february 2011 and january 2015. Frd also produces a periodic e-mail newsletter and contributes to other blogs and publication.

This included the distribution of periodic policy papers, participating in conferences and speaking engagements, and coordinating meetings between policy makers from indochina and the us public. Created and serves as fiscal agent for the vietnam peace commemoration committee, a project that works with universities and others to inform the public about the history of the anti-war movement.
