New surgeon members may vote and hold office. (3) lifetime members - membership is open to regular members only, with a one-time membership fee charge. (4) resident members - membership is open to surgical interns,residents or fellows in training. Resident members may vote and hold office. (5) student members - membership is open to all students in medical school with a career interest in surgery. Student members may vote or hold a position on the aws council. Student members may not be an executive officer.”

Following resolution of any questions or other matters that have arisen,the e-file authorization form is signed by the president or treasurer and the form 990 is electroncially filed.”
