The organization is managed by the redevelopment authority of the county of cumberland under a contract.

1. A draft of the return will be reviewed by the finance committee ("committee"). If there are any changes to the return, the preparer will make the changes and provide it electronically to the committee. The committee will make a recommendation to the president to sign the return. 2. The return will be signed by the president and submitted by the filing deadline or any extensions thereto. 3. A copy of the committee approved return will be provided to all members of the board of directors.
