“Line 6 explanation - the organization is made up of underfraduate memebers and alumni members. 187 undergraduates are organized into 12 chapters, each with 2 voting ballots. Alumni my form alumni associations and receive one voting ballot. Those chapters with housing may form a house corporation and receive one voting ballot.”

“Line 7a explanation - the national council is voted on from a slate created by the nominations committee at each national conclave. National conclaves are held every other year.”

“Line 7b explanation - the national conclave may overturn any decision of the national council by a majority vote.”

“Line 11b explanation - the national treasurer submits the 990 to the national council. After review, the 990 is sent out to all chapters, alumni associations and house corporations. The 990 is also made available on the national website or by request.”

“Each volunteer was required to sign-off on all policies. Undergraduate and alumni members were notified by electronic mail and forms were presented at each national meeting.”

“The fraternity executive association takes an annual survey of all fraternity executives and their salary. The fraternity executive association supplies data from all other national fraternities and sororities.”

“This past year phi mu delta paused the foundations institute. Each january, phi mu delta fraternity hosts foundation institute. The purpose of this program is to offer nuts & bolts training to all newly elected officers. This three day training workshop provides officers with the essential tools to manage chapter operations and attain goals for the coming year. All five members of the executive board are expected to attend.”
