Mission

An association of individuals and organizations in the apartment industry. The association's primary purpose is to use our collective strengths to promote quality apartment living and advance the success of members and the apartment industry. During 2018, the association's board approved a unification plan with its other affiliates. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the association dissolved, and its remaining net assets will be transferred to pennsylvania apartment association hq effective 12/31/19.
