To afford opportunities to members to associate and exchange views and to take such concerted action as may be desirable, looking to the betterment of conditions for the franchised new automobile and truck dealer industry in the commonwealth of pennsylvania.3. To make, enter into, carry out or enforce any contract, agreement or transaction which it may believe to be for the benefit and best interest of its members, and to perform and engage in such other activities that will promote and safeguard the interests of the franchised new automobile and truck dealer industry in the common wealth of pennsylvania.
