Provides a nursing knowledge certification program for foreign educated nurses, and various assessment and verification services of credentials that are used by federal, state and provincial agencies in making a determination whether to permit those nurses and healthcare professionals to become eligible for licensure and employment within the u.s., canadian and new zealand healthcare delivery systems.
