“Primary exempt purpose: the goal of the eastern york county (eyc) program is to develop the mental, moral, & physical character of youths without distinction as to race, sex, religious creed, color, national origin or financial means as well as promote the ideals of responsibility, hard work, sportsmanship, teamwork & fellowship within a safe & positive environment. The individual growth of our communitys children is enhanced through the spirit of competition, discipline & fair play. These goals will be accomplished by providing a structured program designed to educate both participants & parents in all aspects of football & cheerleading. The eyc program is committed to providing a program that maintains the highest standards & guarantees a fun, positive experience for everyone involved.”
