After the completed form 990 is reviewed by the foundation's vice president and cfo, an electronic copy of the form is then provided to all foundation governors with a 10 day comment period before the form is filed with the irs.”

The foundation's executive committee is responsible for annually reviewing and determining the president & ceo's annual compensation. THE FOUNDATION ALSO CONCLUDED THE CELEBRATION OF ITS 50TH ANNIVERSARY WITH ITS SPECIAL 'BE THE SPARK' GRANTMAKING CAMPAIGN TO HELP SPARK AWARENESS, CONNECTION, AND CHANGE.
