“In may 2020, the organization's bylaws were amended as follows: (1) decrease the number of board members from a minimum of five and a maximum of eight to a minimum of three with no maximum; (2) decrease the required number of members from the board of grace inspired ministries, the sole member, from two to one; (3) eliminate the vice chair position; (4) specify that the president and ceo of grace inspired ministries, the sole member, shall serve as the chair of the board.
