“The executive committee consists of the president, the chairperson of the board, the vice chairperson, the chairs of the standing committees and such other trustees as the board may designate by resolution. The college is required to determine whether a transaction or event must be reported in a tax return and to evaluate whether a tax position be recognized or derecognized based on a "more likely than not" threshold. This applies to positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. No adjustments to the financial statements were required as a result of this review.”
