The personnel committee compares these benchmarks with the salary levels of the highly compensated employees, adjusted for region and performance then determined that the salaries were reasonable. Ever since, the raises are in line with performance and inflation. The personnel committee approves raises annually, including 2022-2023. All supporting documentation is maintained.”
