American Legion

The organization provides a gathering location for members of the armed forces (past, present, along with their families) where they can discuss & preserve their memories and incidents of their time spent in the military, where other members can relate to the effects of such memories and incidents as tehy can share together their experiences and promote the well being of their now civil lives.the organization provides donantions to various local volunteer fire companies & ems services for the benefit of the surrounding communities. They also provide donations to the local library and local borough for special events and local high schools for graduation awards, all of which benefit the local community.
