Broadheads Forest and Stream Association

Brodheads forest and stream association ("bfsa") was organized as a pennsylvania non-stock corporation on march 8, 1930, primarily for the pleasure and recreational purposes of its members, as well as to own and maintain private land, and the improvements thereon, for the protection and preservation of forest, and the propagation, protection and preservation thereon of game and fish, and for the hunting and catching of the same. Bfsa currently has 35 members and is led by volunteer officers. Bfsa members are all amateur fisherman and fisherwomen, who share a common interest in the relaxation, challenge, and personal enjoyment derived from trout fishing, and the promotion and preservation of a viable stream fishing habitat. All members are regular members and each has the right to vote and determine the management, operation and control of the club. There are no differences in annual dues or assessments to members. No earnings of the organization inures to the benefit of any member. Bfs
