“Chamberbsburg club has members that are accepted via two member sponsors. New applicants are then voted on at membership meetings.”

“The club is comprised of approximately 1,000 members each having one vote exercisable in the club's annual elections of officers and directors and in the conduct of any other member-directed governance or management functions.”

An initial review meeting is conducted between the independent accountant and the liaison for the club's board of directors. Subsequent to completion of the subject returns a review is conducted to finalize and file the returns electronically. Copies of the subject returns are retained by the club and by the independent accountant.”

The accounting records are kept offsite and copies are stored onsite as well as backed up securely online. Our financial statements are reviewed monthly and posted to our membership.”
