Activity 2

Anti-Trafficking Projects: Combat sex slavery through prevention, rescue and rehabilitation of trafficking survivors. China-Nepal-India:-1,463 girls became less vulnerable to trafficking, and 61 girls were rescued from being trafficked across the border into India. -231 women and girls received shelter, counseling and vocational training so they can focus on building better lives for themselves. -3,340 school age children received education in self-esteem, healthy relationships, proper treatment of their own and others bodies, and to protect themselves from abuse.

Activity 3

Education Projects: Focus on at-risk children and women leaders with an emphasis on educational opportunities for girls. This includes elementary schools, nonformal educational programs, and help for low-income families to keep children in school. Sudan-India-Indonesia-Mali-China-N.Africa:-4,762 at-risk children were set on a path toward a brighter future through education, personal care and improved nutrition. -20 women leaders were equipped to teach health related skills-37 women were equipped to help women start micro-enterprise self-help groups-85 Christian leaders received abuse and exploitation awareness training-324 women were trained to lead Bible Study groups-115 women improved health and hygiene for themselves and their children.Each count above represents unique lives.
