Mission

This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code in support of, to further, and engage in research, educational, and treatment activities to assist children and adults suffering from neurobehavioral disorders such as eating disorders, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and bipolar illness and to educate professionals and health care providers about these illnesses.This corporation may carry on any other activity in support of, and to benefit, the corporation consistent with these Articles permitted to be carried on by an organization described in Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code which may be lawfully carried on by a corporation organized under Chapter 180 of the Massachusetts General Laws.

THE PROGRAM INCLUDES CUSTOMIZED LESSON PLANS GEARED SPECIFICALLY TO STUDENTS, TEACHERS AND CAREGIVERS. IN ADDITION, THE PROGRAM'S DESIGN ALLOWS FOR FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING WITH OUR EXPERT EDUCATORS AND CONSULTANTS, AND FEATURES HALF-DAY, FULL-DAY OR MULTIPLE DAY PROGRAMS.
