“Members consist of delegates from affiliated local unions, who have been elected to represent the membership pursuant to the provisions dealing with qualifications, nomination and election of officers, as provided for in the uniform local union constitution. All delegates in good-standing have the voting rights to elect members of the executive board governing body per article vi of the uniform district council constitution and to approve significant decisions of the governing body per the constitution.”

The salary and compensation of elected officers shall be fixed prior to the nominations provided that adjustments to salary during the term of office may be effected in accordance with the provisions of article ix and subject to membership approval.”
