“During 2015 baseball/softball season hamilton little lads provided supervised, organized, and competitive baseball recreational games for 210 children in the community of hamilton twp, nj. Throughout numerous practices and games the team coaches and other representatives of the league instilled the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and reverence, so that the participants may be finer, stronger and happier children and will grow to be clean, healthy citizens. Through proper training, the managers and coaches embraces the philosophy that attainment of exceptional athelic skills or the winning of games is secondary, and the molding of future citizens is a prime importance. The league also offered several optional off-season physical conditioning and skill-based training programs to the players in the league in an effort to keep the players active and engaged during off-season months”
