THE PHYSICAL ASSETS ARE WITH A BOARD MEMBER OF BOTH THE OLD EAM AND THE NEW EAM, INC, WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE 2019 ANNUAL CONFERENCE. EAM'S FOUR BANK ACCOUNTS WERE ALL HELD AT BANK OF AMERICA. THEY WERE CHANGED OVER TO BE EAM, INC. ACCOUNTS THIS PAST SUMMER, STILL AT BANK OF AMERICA. THIS INVOLVED MARIANA LEBRON (TREASURER), LAURIE LEVESQUE(PRESIDENT), KIMBERLY MERRIMAN(PAST INTERIM-TREASURER,CURRENT V.P.) AND FILIZ TABAK (PAST- PRESIDENT.
