The results of the survey are presented to the Executive Committee of the board which documents the findings and recommendations in committee minutes. Compensation for key physicians is determined by soliciting salary data from published sources. These salary recommendations are then approved by the Executive Committee of the board.”

The governing documents and conflict of interest policies are not currently made available to the public. The organization has an Audit Committee which meets at least quarterly thoughout the year. The Audit Committee assumes the responsibility for oversight of the audit(s), of its financial statements and the selection of an independent accountant/audit firm.
