The housing authority audit committee is the defacto committee for gloucester county housing development corporation.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The corporation is exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and, accordingly, does not record a provision for income taxes on related income. The wholly-owned subsidiary is a corporation subject to federal and state income taxes. Pmurc had only a liability for the minimum tax to new jersey for 2017 and there were no timing differences which would have resulted in deferred taxes.
