Njcdc serves 4,000 children and families each day through a variety of community development, youth development and educational services largely within parterson's great falls promise neighborhood.

Njcdc is a non-profit community development and social service agency incorporated in the state of new jersey to provide services in the areas of education, community development, youth development, and affordable housing.

New jersey community development corporation (njcdc) establised the endowment fund to provide ongoing support to various aspects of the njcdc's programs.

PART X, LINE 2:

Income tax status - njcdc qualifies as a tax exempt organization under section 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code and has been classified as an organization that is not a private foundation under section 509 (a). Njcdc marion, llc is a single member llc of njcdc, which is a tax exempt organization as mentioned above. Spruce terrace, llc is a single member llc of njcdc, which is a tax exempt organization as mentioned above. Oliver's corner non profit, llc is a single member llc of njcdc, which is a tax exempt organization as mentioned above. Management evaluated the agency's tax positions and concluded that the agency had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance. The agency files income tax returns in the u.s. Federal jurisdiction, as well as in one state jurisdiction. With few exceptions, the agency is not subject to income tax examinations by the u.s. Federal, state, or local tax authorities unless the agency was engaged in activities that would generate unrelated business income.
