Mission

To advance the quality of healthcare by optimizing the experience and process of healthcare communication through four major activities: education, advocacy, research and partnerships.

The Institute conducted workshops and clinician-patient/client communications to improve their communication skills and health care. As part of the above activity, the Institute also conducted "Train the Trainer" courses to develop faculty for workshops for healthcare institutions.
