Oversight and approval of all expenditures related to the conference occurs from the U.S. business office for conference related expenditures and is fully substantiated. Method of Accounting for Expenditures (Schedule F Part I, Line 3 Column F) The Organization provides an annual Forecasters Symposium. A volunteer in the forecasting field is chosen annually to organize and execute the planning and delivery of the conference. As an international organization, significant consideration is provided to offering programming that is reflective and considerate of the overall memberships interest.”
