The organization has contracted with elderly housing management to provide property management services for the apartment building. All employees are employees of elderly housing management. Salaries on the 990 represent reimbursements to ehm for employees who work on-site at the organization's apartment facility. Ehm provides all management, accounting, and maintenance services related to the property.

River park elderly housing, inc., continually evaluates expiring statutes of limitations, proposed settlements and changes in tax law and new authoritative rulings to determine if river park elderly housing, inc. Has any uncertain tax positions. As of , december 31, 2014, river park elderly housing, inc., does not believe it is exposed to any uncertain tax positions. Currently, river park elderly housing, inc.'s, informational returns for tax years 2011-2013 remain open for inspection by the irs with the 2014 returns to be filed in 2015.
