The network agrees to become the fiscal manager for the housing alliance of morris county (the "alliance"). As part of this arranagement, the network now maintains the alliance's bank account and will pay the alliance's expenses, to the extent that funds are available.

PART X, LINE 2:

U.s. Gaap requires management to evaluate tax positions taken by the agency and recognize a tax liability if the agency has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. Management evaluated the agency's tax positions and concluded that the agency had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance.
