Governance Explanations

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 3

The community builders, inc. (tcb), an affiliate through common control, is the project management agent. The management agreement, effective january 1, 2016, is for an initial term of 1 year with successive automatic annual renewals thereafter. Pursuant to the agreement, tcb received a management fee equal to 4.5% of total effective income. During the year ended december 31, 2016, management fees totaled $26,100, none of which is outstandng.
