The corporation has entered into the standard fha regulatory agreements governing the operation of the community with the federal housing administration section of hud.

To promote the welfare of the needy, elderly and handicapped families through the provision of housing for low and moderate income individuals.

Prior to the finalization of the audit, a copy of the audit is given to all of the board members for their comments.when the audit is up for bid, the board discusses the relationship with the current auditors and makes a determination as to whether to maintain this relationship or change to a new auditing firm.

Accounting for uncertainty in income taxes Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) Topic 740 (ASC740), Income Taxes, prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return, and provides guidance on recognition, classification, interest and penalties, disclosure, and transition. It is management's belief that the Corporation does not hold any uncertain tax position. The Corporation is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits in progress for any tax periods. At a minimum, the December 31, 2015 through 2017 tax years are open for examination by taxing authorities.
