Membership in the organization is composed of three classes: (i) Alumni/ae of Princeton University; (ii) Students currently enrolled at Princeton University; and (iii) Faculty, staff and members of the administration of Princeton University. All of the classes of membership have the right to elect the members of the Board of Trustees.

The annual statement requires each director, officer and member of a committee to: 1. acknowledge that he/she agrees to comply with the conflict of interest policy, 2. disclose any interest they may have in any entity which provides services or goods to the Organization, 3. disclose any other compensation, any position or other material relationship they may have with any other not-for-profit corporation with which the organization has an attorney-client or other business relationship.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19
